De Chirico studied art in Florence and Athens, and later moved to Germany where he entered into the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich where he flourished as an artist drastically. De Chirico drew inspiration from fellow artists and philosophers such as, Otto Weiniger and Max Klinger.
